The /usr/lib/security/mkuser.sys file is an ASCII file of runable commands that is called by the mkuser command.
The /usr/lib/security/mkuser.sys file creates the new user’s home directory with the correct owner and primary group, and creates
the appropriate profile for the user's shell. This file can be customized to tailor the creation of new users.
